Charm cheerleading Championship

Charm Cheerleading Championship!! wuhuoo! Its finally here!

Obsession

Oh well.. It is just another day. Finally get to pass up my Figure studies homework, Phew~

Today's task was Mannequin drawing, with Charcoal.
When I complete this drawing, I am starting to be obsess with better body shape. Mr 57kg here is not happy with his current body >=(

So where else I went? Celebrity Gym of course, thanks to CHARM once again! for this free membership! Wuhuoo!
After class ends, I head to Sunway Pyramid and encounter this fish gallery. So i stop by and have a look. And they dare to present THIS fish in the fish gallery.

How unprofessional a fish gallery can be, Or should I say Malaysia's fish gallery? But i was wandering, does other fish has feeling when they saw a same species of corpse laying down there? Cause this is their expression when they saw the corpse.
Hmm I wander? Won't they go like OMG OMG there's a corpse! OMG OMG! what should I do?Bong bong bong~ (while knocking the head onto the fish tank constantly*)

So Off I go after a short visit at the fish gallery and head to the bus stop.

Suggestion for those who want to enhance your muscles in pictures, try take angles from bottom to top when the lighting's on top

Eventually, the muscle looks triple the size.0.0!

But as I went back, the muscle shrunks as it heals. ARGH!!!

According to scientific explanation. During working out session, the tissue will expand through adrenaline rush while heavy weights were to be lift. As repetition occurs, muscle tends to accumiliate blood into the cell for regeneration process, inihiliating proteins, ions and H20 causing the muscles to expand for certain limit, As you cool down the muscle shrunk back to its original size or maybe an extension of a few nano milimeter in each muscle cells...blablablabla, why do we need regeneration!! Can't that blady muscle just REMAIN!? sighh~ Good body is hard to get, so guys please take as much picture of yourself before it shrunk back, at least..picture satisfies you...X3

Last day manning booth!

Sunday, Manning booth in Cineleisure but in the end did a little window shopping with Priscilla. And wohooo! this is the last day manning the booth!!! CRAVING FOR LAPTOP!!! rm4k! my next goal.0.0

After couple of hours, while maning the booth and doing my RGB draft. Its time to call for a last day celebration at Senjyu!!!
Yea And I planned to snap pictures of plate that we ate at Senjyu, but that noob trainee took all our plates away...Really THANKS! grrr... so i left nothing to snap.
Oh well at least the octopus is still there~

This week is exploration week, so supposingly I should be completing the assignments that's given during this 1 week holiday. And today when I did my check list, I feel like crying.

Basically this whole week I've spend my time to sleep as much as I could as my eye bags has gotten worst. And busy over coaching and helping out in C3. Going for coaching course as well. So basically this is what i gained within this week.

Heheh, =.= Jenny sure kill me now. Anyway, now that my semangat and energy had been recharged. Assignments! give it to me babe~!

Ohh I've just got a letter from USA. and guess what? I PASSED THE COACHING TEST! YEAAA NCSSE certified coach! sounds so cool now!
Phew my next cert to go, Principles in gymnastic course. Lots of study to do!

3rd time modeling

A surprise call from Judith from The One Academy.

"Hello Jun Kang, just want to inform you that you are needed to be our model for the one's new facility shots, so are you free to come?"

YES YES YES!!!
and the best part was, they called when I was selecting the JPE undang course. So i was like, Both are important....OK, JPE, hold up! The shot went 2 days ina role, 9-6pm...And this is really a great experience as I can foresee those cool lightbulb they place to adjust the lighting and spotlights. And the photographer was excellent, the scene shots were definitely done in a professional way.

Unfortunately I couldn't get a softcopy of shots from the photographer cause it still needs to be edit. But the shots were really nice, and most importantly I get to know a few seniors! Michelle and Shawn has the most close up shots, the photographers favourite i suppose, Met Abdullah and as well as Jeffrey, the international students from Arab. WIlson from Multimedia, Dory, Whinky and a few funny lecturer, Judith, the marketing counsellor one and the other office girl one, forgotten the names though...XD
